The party just doesn't stop here at SLNHQ! We've got two more releases coming at y'all in August. First up will be the new album from the ever prolific Friends Of Cesar Romero. "Trashionista!" is set to be released August 3rd on cassette as well as digitally. The album is packed with 12 garage-pop gems from the non-stop creative force that is J. Waylon Porcupine. This time around he enlisted the help of Chuck Coffey (SPELLS, Bad Year, Andy Thomas' Dust Heart) and Tyler Merkel (Lawsuit Models) to serve as rhythm section and co-producers. The results are sure to please old and new fans alike as evidenced by the lead single on our sampler, 'Zima Horses'. After that, we're putting out our Customer Appreciation Release #2. It's a split cassingle featuring our latest addition to the roster, Denver's Great American House Fire, and longtime alumni Sophisticated Boom Boom. The tape will come free with orders while supplies last and will also be available digitally on our bandcamp site for free. Each band will have some to give away at shows too, including the August 11th release date where they will both be playing Bowman's in Denver to celebrate the occasion. We might even drop a couple at our favorite Denver record shops. We here at SLN heart-emoji all of our loyal followers and this is just a little token of our appreciation!
