"How To Become A Ghost", the debut LP from Hooper, is out now. Like, right now! Go to our STORE and order yourself a copy. Heck, get one for a friend too! The lovely 12" LP's are pressed on 150g Black Vinyl and come with a Download Code. Digi-fans can hit up our bandcamp to grab the album for a great price. This LP picks up where Hooper's classic 7" left off: early 90's 'College Rock' guitars with late 90's 'Pop Punk' melodies and a dash of different tempos to keep listeners on their toes. How can you beat that? Aside from our store, the records will be hitting Denver shops shortly with distros soon to follow. All your fave digi-markets will have the album as well. Don't forget that the band will of course have them at shows too. Go see 'em live in concert! We're excited to have our first LP out in the world and we congratulate Hooper on their stunning achievement! Pressing Info: 300 12" LP's on 150g black vinyl

More rad stuff coming in from various media outlets about The Knew and SPELLS. The Knew's latest 7" got a glowing review in Maximum Rock N Roll last month. It's print-only folks, so go out to your nearest record store or zine shop and pick it up. In the same issue of MRR, SPELL's debut 7" got a great review too. Their single even wound up on a reviewer's Top Ten list! SPELLS' 7" also got a fantastic write up over at the 7 Inches Blog, run by our bud Jason. Check that HERE. OK, that's it for now. Stay tuned for more details about the Hooper and Glass Hits LP's coming up!

Keep it comin' journalist types! We are totally psyched that the positive coverage of our acts keep rolling in. Our buddy Michael Tau recently moved his Teenage Rage column to Decoder Magazine and wrote up a great piece on the records we've released over the last year. Read it HERE. The Knew also received a bitchin' spot in the Styrofoam Drone recently, hot on the heels of Empty Palace. That one is HERE. Lots of folks out there have great taste!

We here at Snappy Little Numbers are pumped at the press and features our bands have been a part of lately! Empty Palace was in R.A.D Vinyl Blog's latest 7 Inch Roundup HERE, plus the EP crew got a great review at Styrofoam Drone HERE. Westword just published a story on SPELLS that includes an interview with Charlie "Continental" Stimsell. Check that HERE. Summer 2013 is blowin' up for SLN so far, stay tuned for more! Thanks to Ross, Zac, Tom and all our friends and fans out there.

SPELLS rules, gang. Get used to it. We have, and that's why we're pumped that their Double A-Side 7" Single "Take Time/Slice Away" is now available! You can order one from us right this second, or drop by the release show this Saturday 6/29 at Lost Lake in Denver. As a radical side note, Eyes & Ears will be playing the show too! For the uninitiated,
SPELLS is a four-piece rock
juggernaut from Denver, CO. They
are vacation rock to be exact.
They produce short blasts of intense melody and driving rhythms that are
custom made to entertain the band members themselves and serve as an excuse to
go play shows in cities that have beaches nearby. If your city’s best offers include said beach and a good
breakfast joint, count them in. If
the best your city can do is a punk house that smells like cat shit and a
Subway restaurant inside a gas station, they will pass. This hot debut spins at 45 RPM and comes with a download code in our classic gold
company sleeve. They'll be showing up in shops and distros in the near future too. Pressing Info: 300 on randomly mixed color vinyl
Officially out now is is the new 7" by The Knew, "What's Hip (Long Walk) b/w World War Ay Ay Ay (Alright)". The
A-Side embraces power-pop sheen with a New Orleans
jazz-inflected backbone. Jacob
Hansen's pop-dosed vocals are bolstered by guest horns from Nick Krier and
jumpy keys by Patrick Lee. The B-side
is The Knew's boldest release to date. Guitarist Tyler Breuer and bassist Tim
Rynders rip forward toward the outer edges of punk. In the fashion of the
Minutemen and the Buzzcocks, the jolting track clocks
in at just over one minute. Blistering and fresh, it's one for the repeat
listen file and another stamp on the Knew's vital record. It is of course on 7"
vinyl and hits your functional turntable at 45 RPM. Also comes with a download code, all in our highly collectable gold
company sleeve. You can order one (or two or three...) from us right
now! They'll be popping up in shops and distros shortly. Pressing Info: 300 on randomly mixed color vinyl
